Teambuilding A Team – FSU1.BU9: Teamwork spirit is above all
In order to enhance solidarity, improve teamwork spirit and skills for the team belonging to FSU1.BU9 – who are working for the best plane maker in the world, as well as relaxing after stressful working hours. On May 13th and 14th, this unit’s teambuilding was held at Sam Son Beach – Thanh Hoa, with the participation of more than 100 members, taking part in many unique funny games and having a remarkable exciting Gala night.
On the afternoon of May 13th, more than 100 members have participated in a series of activities in the team building event at Sam Son Beach. 4 teams with 4 unique colors and impressive names such as: Naked, Yolo, Flattering god, First Prize, together they joined the game called: “Rescue princess of the East Sea”. The game has brought many laughs and enhanced teamwork among each member. At the end of the game, the “First Prize” team with clever tactics and agility has won the first prize.
After that, at the beach shore, all members shared a night full of excitement with music, duet karaoke and bear in the Gala dinner.
For the first time to participate and organize teambuilding activities for unit’s members, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Anh (FSU1.BU9) shared: “Before joining FSOFT, I had heard about the FSOFT’s “Work hard, party hard” spirit, but only when actually be a part of organizing and participating in this event, that I can feel it clearly, I have to say it’s so exciting and full of enthusiasm, beyond my imagination. From dev, test brothers, to PM, BUL, all man and women regardless young or old, all share a same burning spirit. Teambuilding is really meaningful; it brought us closer, just as the purpose of this trip. Besides that, brothers had a chance to share, to get to know more about each other. Hopefully that I can soon be able to join, organize more activities just like this for BU9 brothers.”
Joining the FSOFT just two weeks ago, Ms. Nong Thanh Hoai was given the opportunity to understand the FSOFT culture, to make friends and understand about teammates in the Boeing ODC team. She said: “I was really impressed by the gala dinner, because in the Gala everybody was free to dance and sing, generally, we were fun with all body and soul. This was a good opportunity to get acquainted with all team members because I am new to know everyone.”
Mr. Le Xuan Chung, who has newly joined FSOFT and participated in team building for the first time, still remembers about this activity even it had passed for a week. “I really like the outdoor activities,” he says. At that time, we were randomly divided into 4 teams and competed against each other. Even the rules of the games were not announced in advance by the organizers but everyone was enthusiastic, exciting to participate for the team’s victory. At that time, the competitive between teams is very intense but it was always based on the fair play-spirit. Teambuilding activities were really great that not only help people entertain, relieve stress and create close and powerful teams, but furthermore build closer relationships between colleagues, leaders and among different teams.”
