Yêu cầu công việc:

Tiếng Nhật: Nghe, Nói, Đọc, Viết (thực lực tương đương N2 trở lên)
Thành thạo tin học văn phòng: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Có thể làm việc fulltime tại công ty thời gian từ 8AM – 5PM các ngày trong tuần từ Thứ 2 – Thứ 6
Cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc

As a core member of the project team, the Solution Architect will be responsible for interpreting business requirements and system architectures to design and facilitate the delivery of IT solutions. Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Extensive experience in the IT industry.
5+ years of experience in IT system architecture and design, including design patterns and frameworks.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Java, .NET, or AWS Cloud.
At least 2 years of experience in an SA (Solution Architect) or Technical Lead position, specializing in Microsoft Technologies (.NET) or Java.
Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with Java, .NET, or Back-end development.
Front-end development experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, AngularJS, or ReactJS is a plus.
Experience working with AWS cloud and development technologies; experience in architecting solutions on AWS is preferred.
DevOps engineering experience, especially with AWS DevOps, is preferred.
AWS certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong Japanese communication skills (both verbal and written) at N1, N2, or N3 level.
Ability to write technical design documents and software architecture proposals, as well as present them to clients.
Willingness to travel onsite (short-term or long-term) to the U.S. or as required.

Write and execute test cases and test scripts.
Conduct manual and automated testing.
Document and report bugs effectively.

Job Description

Act as a Business Analyst in projects, liaising with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes in business processes, policies, and information systems.
Conduct internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before delivering the final solution.
Coordinate BA team members within the project to ensure alignment and achieve project goals.
Support the Project Manager with project planning, estimation, status reporting, employee mentoring, performance management, development processes, and contributing to strategic direction.
