FHN.TCS’s strategic project with Japanese customer receives 100 CSS points
Taking only 2 months to do the Assessment, the FHN.TCS project team did an excellent job and was highly appreciated by customer with a maximum CSS score.
KMO is a customer from Japan, working with FSOFT to conduct a Consultant pilot phase from February 2020. The project aims to build SSO System – One-time login authentication system, used for employees in KMO’s departments.
With specific jobs such as consulting, investigating, researching, analyzing the system, offering solution SSO …, the team has proved Consultant capacity in SSO segment in particular and Cloud in general. KMO is currently confirming and finalizing the solution. It is expected that in the coming time FHN.TCS will pilot SSO for a customer with about 18 different systems.
This is the first high level project in Vietnam that TCS undertakes the role of a Consultant. The project is carried out onsite to communicate directly with customer, but communicating is quite difficult due to the disease situation in Japan. Offshore members and the whole team have come up with solutions and actively confirm with customer so the work has progressed well and the right solution was seleted.During the Covid-19 pandemic, the project’s Onsiters had to return to Vietnam early but the team tried to stay connected, ensuring uninterrupted communication with customer, and effectively work from home to complete the project.
