1. Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for pre-sales engagements related to Temenos T24.
- Understand client requirements and map them to T24 capabilities.
2. Solution Demonstration:
- Prepare and deliver customized product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops showcasing T24 functionality and benefits.
- Highlight T24’s modules, including Core Banking, Payments, Lending, Digital Banking, and Analytics.
3. Requirement Analysis:
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to propose tailored T24 solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where T24 can deliver value.
4. Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare compelling technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Ensure all proposals align with the client’s business objectives and technical requirements.
5. Technical Advisory:
- Provide insights on T24 architecture, deployment options (on-premises, cloud, SaaS), and integration capabilities.
- Address technical queries during client interactions.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including product management, development, and delivery teams, to ensure alignment on client requirements.
- Partner with marketing teams to develop collateral such as case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
Qualifications:
1. Technical and Functional Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Temenos T24 architecture, modules, and functionalities.
- Knowledge of T24 integration with third-party systems using APIs, web services, or middleware.
2. Banking Domain Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of banking processes such as retail banking, corporate banking, payments, lending, and treasury.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial standards.
3. Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or implementation roles focused on Temenos T24.
