FSOFT’s Board of Directors visit TOP100-honored onsiters
Fathers, mothers or spouses were fully filled with happiness when seeing their beloved family members – FSOFT’s onsiters have been honored as FSOFT TOP 100 2019. FSOFTers’ supportive pillars show their great pride at the cozy meeting with FSOFT’s Board of Directors.
In preparation for the ceremony to honor FSOFT TOP 100 2019, which will take place on June 26, Board of Directors paid a visit and give gifts to family members of onsiters who are honored as FSOFT TOP 100 2019. Due to working overseas, these FSOFTers cannot attend the honoring ceremony in Vietnam.
In Hanoi, FSOFT Chairman Chu Thi Thanh Ha and FSOFT CFO Nguyen Khai Hoan paid their visit to FSOFTers’ families on June 22. “Among 16.000 employees, TOP 100 are known as the very excellent individuals who make exceptional contributions to the company’s development”, emphasized Mr. Hoan.
To reach great achievements at work, it is necessary to be supported by family members. Ms. Trinh Phuong Anh’s mother (FFR SALE) passed away last year, her father – Mr. Trinh Huu Son is now over 70 years old but still very agile with a clear mind. “I have 3 children, Phuong Anh has frequently worked overseas, my second daughter is living in Quang Ninh Province and my youngest son – despite living with me, he is busy working all day. Indeed, I have a high sense of living alone”, confided Mr. Son.
On this occasion, FSOFT’s leaders encouraged parents to maintain their health so that their children could highly focus on working. In terms of Ms. Nguyen Thuy Hong – the mother of FSOFTer Nguyen Cong Hoang (MFG.JP.MSS), she is now a supportive pillar for the husband who has suffered from a stroke, living far away from her son and daughter-in-law.

With an aim to recognize great dedication, aspiration and creativity made by FSOFT TOP 100 who have accompanied FSOFT to overcome difficulties, the honoring ceremony will be organized in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City on June 26. For those who are working overseas, FSOFT’s Board of Directors will pay a visit to their families.
Having launched since 2017, FSOFT’s TOP 100 is a program to honor 100 individuals who make outstanding achievements to the FSOFT’s activities. These FSOFTers are chosen among a variety of positions and departments in Vietnam and overseas, who make great efforts with a high sense of passion, enthusiasm, devotion to FSOFT’s common mission.
