Job Description

• The project deal with the new technical challenge on automotive networking technology. With combination state-of-the-art communication and methodologies, Ethernet is now playing important role of in-vehicle for high speed communication, safety and security. Talent or senior engineers will join for development and evaluation efficient of new Ethernet IP in MCU from the world leading automotive semiconductor company. The evaluation will be done in both simulation and real hardware device to benchmark performance and chance to adjust the feature base on their expertise.
• The customer is the No. 1 in the automotive semiconductor market. Their products cover microprocessors, microcontrollers, and mixed-signal and analog devices in multiple automotive areas, e.g., in vehicle networking, safety and power management, drivers and energy.

Job Description                                                                                                                                            
• Develop and testing for Ethernet and Ethernet switch products and technologies
• Responsible for software delivery to customer
• Communicate with leader, project manager or customer

Job Qualification                                                                                                                                                           
Must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related field
• Embedded programming experience in C/C++
• Experience developing Ethernet software for microcontrollers
• Familiarity with microcontroller peripherals e.g. GPIO, SPI, I2C, UART, Timers, etc.
• Foreign language: Basic reading and writing English skills

Nice to have:
• Experience with RTOS or Linux programming
• Communication and networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, TSN/AVB, PTP, Multicast, etc. and how a network switch and router works
• Proficiency debugging embedded software systems. Familiarity with SPI, UARTs, JTAG, and oscilloscopes.
• Scripting languages such as Python/Perl/Bash
• Knowledge of version control software and other S.W. configuration management
