Job Description

• Supporting on the procedure of business trips for FPT Software employees (such as finance
• processing for advance payment, visa for oversea, air ticket booking, accommodation booking…).
• Following up on advance payment, expense payment (for a business trip).
• Supporting to apply for the outbound visa; working visa; residence permits and others required licenses for Expats working in the Head Office.
• Other assignments from the Line Manager/Teamlead.
• Supporting Finance Department about onsite working paperwork such as advance payment, billing…

Job Qualifcation
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Proficient in MS Office (strong outlook)

• Toeic score: >600
