RESPONSIBILITES
• AI Architecture & Practice Development
• Architect enterprise-grade AI solutions including ML, GenAI, and LLMs
• Define AI architecture blueprints aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams for scalable, secure solutions

Pre-sales & Advisory
• Lead technical solutioning during bidding phase (architecture, components, estimation, roadmap)
• Advise stakeholders on AI adoption, responsible AI, and transformation strategy

Project Delivery & Governance
• Guide teams on model implementation and architecture compliance
• Oversee LLM applications, GenAI services, and MLOps pipelines using cloud-native tools
• Enforce best practices for lifecycle management, compliance, and observability

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge
• AI/ML & LLMs
• Deep learning, NLP, CV, transformers
• Hands-on with GPT, Claude, LLaMA, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack
• Prompt engineering, RAG, vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone), embeddings

Architecture Design
• Modern software architectures: microservices, event-driven, DDD, serverless
• MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker

API & Model Deployment
• REST/GraphQL via FastAPI, Flask, TorchServe
• Deployment with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud hosting

Cloud & DevSecOps
• Architecting on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring/logging in production AI

Security & Compliance
• Responsible AI, GDPR, explain ability, risk mitigation
• Auditability, access control, compliance tools

Emerging Technologies
• Low-code AI, multimodal AI, synthetic data, AI agents

Experience
• 10+ years in software/tech roles; 5+ years in AI/ML architecture
• Delivered multiple production AI systems across industries
• Customized and integrated foundation models in enterprise systems
• Hands-on with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Claude
• Built RAG pipelines, chatbots, domain copilots
• Cross-functional collaboration and mentorship of tech teams
