Project Information & Opportunity
AkaInsights is one of the most important internal projects in FPT software. AkaInsights ‘s objective is Build Customer Data Application Platform (CDAP) to help client (company) unify their customer data by collecting, identifying, analyzing and activating data. Then, CDAP will activate and orchestrate data to multiple channels in order to help company optimize customer experience as well as business performance.
Job Responsibilities
• Build customer support team.
• Direct communicate with customer to support them understand about product.
• Support customer while they are using product.
• Receive and communicate with product team to fix bug, improve functions and update again to customer.
• Keep customer engagement with product.
Job Qualification
• Japanese skill level at least N2
• Have at least 3 years experience in Customer support position and 1 year in digital marketing position.
• Or at least 2 years experience in customer support and 2 years experience in digital marketing position.
