Job Description
• Manages AMS projects which support customer systems in operation phase
• Leads delivery of projects based on the SLA committed with customer
• Meets regularly with customer to understand issues and their needs
• KPI measurement monitoring and reporting
• Provide project governance and provide required project documentation.
• Manages team members, monitors workload and utilizes resources
Skills & Qualifications
• 7 years’ experience in project management and AMS projects at least 3 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Good knowledge and/or experience in ITIL framework
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Experience leading IT projects
• Experience in managing co-located outsourced project teams.
• Strong communication skills.
