Job Description

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of new functions of Android multimedia framework;
• Responsible for performance optimization and stability of video play, and cooperate with chip manufacturers to optimize video hardware encoder and decoder;
• Responsible for the optimization of video start and play speed and frame rate stability;
• Responsible for solving difficult problems in multimedia framework;”

Job Qualification
Experience:
• 2+ years in Multi Media system software design and development

Minimum Requirement:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field of software development
• Familiar with basic data structure and algorithm, have a solid foundation of C/C ++/ Java programming;
• Familiar with Android multimedia framework and business process;
• Familiar with at least one of TS, RTMP, HttpLive, RTP/RTSP streaming protocols;
• Experience in H263, H264, H265, MP4 and other video algorithms is preferred;
• Experience in AAC, MP3, AEC, NC audio algorithms is preferred;
• Experience in optimization and debugging of Stageflight, Audioflinger, Surfaceflinger is preferred;
• Graphic framework or GPU driver optimization experience is preferred;”.
• Proficiency with source control management such as Git, Repo, Gerrit or equivalent
• Good English communication. (TOEIC score is above 555 or equivalent)

Nice to have:
• Experience with automotive infotainment systems is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Android Automotive (HMI, Car Service, VHAL…) is a strong point.
