Responsibilities
As an Android TV Software Development Engineer, you will play a key role in the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions for Android TV platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing, coding, and debugging Android applications and services for Android TV devices.
• Integrating and optimizing software components across various layers, including application, middleware, and kernel.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the Android OS, kernel, and driver layers to ensure seamless functionality.
• Collaborating with hardware teams to configure and optimize device performance on AmLogic-based platforms.
• Maintaining and documenting software components and ensuring high-quality, scalable code practices.
Job Qualifications
• Embedded Android Development: Experience in developing and optimizing software for embedded Android devices.
• Knowledge of Application and Middleware Layers: Strong understanding of application and middleware layers in Android OS.
• Debugging Skills: Proficient in debugging across the kernel and driver layers.
• Device Tree: Knowledge of configuring and managing device tree for embedded devices.
Languages:
• Mandatory: Kotlin and Java
• Nice to have: C programming and experience with embedded software
Platform:
• Am Logic platform experience is a strong asset.
