Blockchain Legal Expert

• Reviewing and advising contracts/agreements specializing in crypto, blockchain practice management software and others;
• Researching and systemizing laws, legal and commercial practices relating to crypto and blockchain domain;
• Coordinating with other departments in dealing with legal issues relating to crypto and blockchain domain;
• Involving in drafting and controlling internal principals, rules and regulations in accordance with the applicable laws;
• Guiding, advising and supervising related departments to operate and support the related-to-block-chain projects;
• Solving legal issues related to lawsuits, disputes, claims etc.;
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Qualification

• University Degree in Law, Holding Lawyer Certificate is an advantage;
• Having profound knowledge of financial and banking laws, investment law, commercial law;
• Having knowledge of laws of crypto and blockchain domain is an advantage;
• Having at least 02-year legal experience;
• Experience working at foreign companies or being experienced in crypto and blockchain domain is an advantage;
• Good command of English (TOEIC >750);
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion skills;
• Passionate and having ability to learn the new thing
• Honest, responsible, hard-working and teamwork.
