BPO Operation Manager

Job Description

• Manage, estimate, and continually improve delivery management processes and procedures for estimation, project execution and project management across all projects and accounts
• Take accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
• Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
• Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
• Recommend methods of improvement and seeing that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
• Maintain overall delivery management team readiness and ability to support corporate business objectives and priorities
• Identify specific skills, experience and staffing level required for effectively manage and complete all ongoing and future projects within the budget planning of department
• Provide sales support and contribute to strategy, offerings and sales as needed

Job Qualifcation

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management or any related course
• 02+ year working experience as Project Manager
• Experience or knowledge in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a plus
• Expertise in project, people management and leadership
• Strong organizational skills
• Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment
• Capacity to train and guide junior team members
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills
• Good at English (Advanced)
