RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support to organize workshops, perform CRP with End-users to consult and complete the requirement UI / UX documents.
• Work with stakeholders to demo/support after implementation, UAT and train users to use the system developed by FPT.
• Analyze the requirements from customers’ material/transfer from senior BA in business view.
• Document functional and business requirements documents: create wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams and use cases.
• Communicate with customers to clarify business and support if there are any change requirements from customers.
• Communicate with the development team to ensure correct requirement understanding during implementation.
• Support development team to communicate with the customers regarding implementation QA/Issue.
• Compose related documents, such as: Requirement Traceability, User Manual, UAT Training…
REQUIREMENTS
• Be fluent in Japanese (N2 up).
• At least 4 years’ experience in the IT industry.
• Have at least 5 years’ experience as BA in IT outsourcing projects and working with Japanese customers.
• Have leadership skills.
• Experience in healthcare systems such as HIS/EMR/EHR is a significant advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in building and developing high level design documents such as RD ~ BD.
• Have good problem analysis and presentation skills.
• Have management skills and understanding of Agile, Waterfall software development management methods.
• Have Effective communication skill, influence skill and be a professional negotiator.
• Have the ability to consult and experience with the healthcare system or production-related fields is a significant advantage.
