Job Description

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

  • Support PTL to provide project estimation to customer
  • Produces Business Requirements Document (BRD), Process Design Document (PDD) and achieve sign off
  • Tests solution internally to IT before User Acceptance Testing
  • Plan, coordinate and achieve sign off for User Acceptance Testing · Review the Fit Assessment and Opportunity Intake
  • Schedules meetings with customer & stakeholders to answer questions and gather information of Project
  • Educate the business & stakeholders on RPA Capabilities by providing potential solutions to business problems
  • Helps the Development Lead Resource communicate to our business the status of their support issues
  • Tests alongside the developers and stakeholders to ensure a fix is ready to be reviewed by the business and moved to production
  • Ensures all sign offs are documented in Teams project folder

 

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience:

Skill required (for Senior BA)

  • Have at least 2.5 years up experienced in BA position
  • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills in English
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts
  • The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
  • Business case development
  • Modeling techniques and methods
  • Leadership
  • Have knowledge in RPA is a plus point

Skill required (for Junior BA)

  • Have at least 1.5 years experienced in BA position
  • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills in English
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts
  • Business case development
  • Modeling techniques and methods
  • Have knowledge in RPA is a plus point
