JOB OVERVIEW
• We are looking for a Business Analyst (TOPIK 5+) to join a series of projects for one of the Top 3 telecommunications groups in South Korea.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create designs, write code, conduct unit testing, and fix bugs using one or more programming languages or frameworks.
• Perform Horensho (internal and customer communication), ensuring clear, complete, and accurate information exchange.
• Manage and control changes in requests, define/review scope, and communicate with customers.
• Clearly and accurately explain customer requirements and designs to the development team, and report to the customer according to the schedule.
• Support delivery team in developing functions, make sure the specification correction and code quality.
• Participate in contributing ideas and improving product quality
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Korea language or Information Technology, or a related field
• Fluency in Korea language: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Korea communicator/Project manager or in a similar role
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in creating business process models and documentation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Experience in testing is plus
