Job Description

Business Development:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • (pitching, proposal, contract development, problem management …)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and
  • executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
  • and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and
  • external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet
  • sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Contract Delivery Management:

  • Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities.
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
  • Manage a delivery status to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
  • Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform customer negotiations for delivery rates.
  • Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
  • Develop scope and budget for delivery projects.

Job requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Previous experience working within a technical pre-sales position.
  • Must be a subject matter expert in any field of software engineering/ digital strategy/digital transformation/ IT infrastructure and architect/ IoT/ Cloud/ AI/Machine Learning/ Big Data and analytics.
  • An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Fluently speaking English.
  • Passionate with technologies and Digital Transformation.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
