Job Description
- Dedicated Sales and Account mining efforts in existing FPT accounts to achieve targets around Billed Revenue, Booked Orders and Customer-Satisfaction in the assigned region and accounts
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales and subsequent account mining efforts
- Prospect for potential customers in-account using both direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
- Qualify the deals against company criteria
- Consult with client representatives about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of possible solutions with associated costs/benefits
- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to be able to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects
- Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients’ senior managers and decision makers
- Draft and deliver sales proposals
- Work with technical staff and product specialists if necessary to address customer requirements
- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver values, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales
- Regularly report on sales and delivery activities per FPT’s reporting norms
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions
- Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
- Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems and escalations
- Cultivate strong relationships with third parties and partners that may be required to deliver full solutions to the client
- Provide feedback to sales management on how to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Conduct all activities with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
- Help Delivery teams (Onsite in Korea and Offshore in Vietnam) in knowledge transition
Job Qualifications
- University or college education with a degree or diploma in Computer Science, or an equivalent program
- Minimum of 3 year of sales experience (ICT and Global IT Outsourcing/ Offshoring is plus)
- Must have prior experience managing and growing accounts
- Must have broad understanding of technologies / sales skill
- Overall experience should include business development, contract negotiation, making effective presentations, creating collaterals, presentations and POC’s for specific problem statements of customers
- Must have strong customer interfacing experience
- Must have excellent cross culture communication skills and ability to be a cultural interpreter helping Korean customers and Offshore be on the same page and work smoothly
- Must have a stable career background
- Must have a proven track record of success
- Must pass the full background test by FPT
- High degree of motivation, commitment, flexibility, and self-responsibility

- Frequent travel may be required
