Business Unit Leader (BUL) – NO PROBATION

Job Description

• Build up and manage a Business Unit (BU), team size 100-200 staffs, develops the outsourcing software projects for the big customers, specially Japanese customers .
• Responsible for bidding the projects and support Account Managers (Sale) in the pre-sale operations as estimation, proposal,…
• Responsible for the operation management (resource, schedule, quality, customer communication, ..) of the projects of BU.
• Develop and manage human resource of the BU, build up and coaching project managers, key persons of BU.
• Responsible for the key metrics of BU (growth metrics, effort efficiency, quality, progress, unit cost, human resource metrics,..)

Job Qualification
• Over 5 years of experience in software development.
• Graduated from University or equivalent.
• Have experience in operation management of the software projects with big team size.
• Have experience in outsourcing software project management processes, specially with Japanese Customer
• Good experience in estimation and proposal and operation management for many kinds of outsourcing software projects
• Able to develop staff management plan to ensure BU objectives
• Good communication and build-up relationship with Japanese Customer
• English: good communication, reading, writing.
• Japanese : can communication, have experience in studying and working in Japan
• Have experience in working at FPT Software or FPT Japan is plus
