C/C++ Developer – Up to $2000 (Remote)

Job Description

• As a C++ Developer, you will be responsible for stabilization client’s legacy system. You will be also responsible for modernization client’s legacy system, also develop some new C++ functions.

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

• Develop new functions per client requested
• Collect Production issues
• Monitor Logs, add additional logs if needed
• Research/Debug to find the root cause (mainly focus on finding memory leaks)
• Propose solution to fix, Discuss with client to finalize the solution
• Deploy/Monitor the fixes/new functions

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related majors.
• At least 3 years of experiences programming in C/C++ technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification.
• Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms
• Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments.
• Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions, such as friend classes.
• Knowledge of component data sheets and specifications.
• Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial.
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Can read, write and research by English.
