We are seeking a highly-skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a glorious history in the technological sector. You will be expected to represent the technological agenda in staff meetings, manage a technology budget, and promote investments to align the company with their vision for its technical needs. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development. Your role will focus on the 06 following key areas:
• Determine vision, leadership, and management for the software services delivered by Fsoft.
• Lead strategic and operational IT planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization.
• Lead the team to successfully plan and execute multiple complex, technical projects across all reporting departments.
• Design for rapid growth across complex technologies at a global scale.
• Update latest trends and issues in the software service, including current technologies and prices. Advise, counsel, and educate executives and management on their competitive or financial impact.
• Interface with leadership of key company departments: HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Design and Product.
Job Qualification
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related field required. PHD preferred.
• 10+ years working in software and development engineering, product and project management, and technology and product leadership.
• 5+ years of formal leadership experience.
• Experience in a rapidly growing global business.
• Have intensive network in technology field, have ability to gather high-ranking experts.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership agility and versatility working across various functions, departments and industries.
• Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology.
• Experience with scaling and commercializing software products.
• Experience managing enterprise transformation and change.
• A high-level of communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
• Have proficiency in working independently, persuading and inspiring; have persistence, passion of learning and imparting valuable ideas to C-Level board.
