Job Description
• Develop strategic framework and roadmap to become world class BFSI’s SI.
• Understand and leverage the FSOFT & FPT eco to create unique value of FPT in BFSI domain.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead COE team to align with the organization’s direction.
• Understanding financial market trend and align with organization’s capability.
• Define and manage key programs to develop BFSI competencies to meet customer needs,
focus on main programs: cloudification, next-gen data platform and hyper-automation.
• Align the Fsoft strategies with business imperatives.
• Build up SMEs in BFSI to involve in customer business to undertake their business
workflow.
• Coordinating to senior management teams to increase solution adoption plan, tailoring to
different markets demand and following up with the executions.
• Support bid/proposal for Sales team.
• Build partnership to extend business and leverage competencies.
• Gather and maintain the company’s best practices for developing new products/solutions.
• Create the added value for organization through products and solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Science – Information Technology, a related technical field, or
equivalent practical experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the sector and familiarity with the latest developments
• Solid experience as cloud architect in either a cloud computing environment or equivalent
experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and groups
• Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions. In-depth knowledge of implementation
methodologies and best practices in BFSI projects.
• Years of experience required for position: more than 10 years.
• Geographic preferred: HaNoi/Ho Chi Minh City, VietNam.
