Job Description

• Understand company needs to define system specifications
• Communicate system requirements to software development teams
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
• Develop and maintain insurance systems
• Research new technologies and support other teams

Job Qualification
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
• Good communication skills
• Experience in Cobol programming environment, at least 2 years experience
• Demonstrates good understanding of the business needs driving the projects
• Working in Insurance domain is a plus
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Good time management, communication and team work skills
