Job Description
The DX Community Leader is responsible for growing, connecting, animating and upskilling an internal community of practitioners, trainees, experts, newcomers, internal customers within the field of data science and digital transformation in general.
What you would be doing
• Organising community events large and small
• Leading the operations of internal upskilling frameworks.
• Support the creation of new upskilling frameworks under the guidance of the DX team.
• Putting in place collaborative tools and practices
• Leading community animation online and offline.
• Capturing best practice from the community
• Create and curate content
Job Qualification
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in Event Organisation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Background in Data or DX preferable
• Fluency in English
