Job Overview
• The Community Manager will be our front-line contact to external community’s acts as an intermediary between the company and its customers, partners and developers. This is a key role as you will build and manage relationships with these important groups to allow us to continually improve our product, customer experience and value-added applications. You will also build our external image via online communities and implementation of an effective social media strategy including community forums to capture market feedback and trends. He/she will work closely with internal teams such as marketing, communications, sales, and support to execute the community strategy. You will also be in close contact with the technical teams to inform them of any problems or bugs reported by the different communities.
• Develop direct relationships with key targeted communities: customers, partners, and developers
• Plan and implement social media strategies to further our brand recognition and dialogue with communities
• Research to keep an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors
• Monitor our social media accounts and responding to questions and concerns
• Alert our customer service team of any technical issues or concerns noted on social media
• Engage in online conversations with our target communities to discover common challenges, solutions and new ideas to improve our products, customer experience and developer experience
• Plan and host chats, events forums and other online events on industry topics
• Provide feedback to our marketing and technical teams re: product improvements, key trends and messaging
Job Qualifcation
• 1-2 years’ work experience as a community manager, marketing or sales
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives
• Ability to identify, track and deliver on relevant community KPIs
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Hands on experience with social media management and online marketing
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
• Degree in Marketing or relevant field
