Job Description

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care: 

  • Receive requests from users (via Request management Tool) regard matters about IT service, analyze and support to handle user’s needs.
  • Follow communication’s framework while proceeding different matters.
  • Provide information about IT service for User.
  • Research necessary information by applying available resources.
  • Analyze requests from user, then escalate to appropriate departments.
  • Accomplish proceeding all requests and report to leader, manager.
  • All other tasks as being assigned.

 

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience: 

  • Graduated with major in Information Technology.
  • Own ability in analyze working process, contribute in process updating toward system and user.
  • Having knowledge about other systems such as: Network, System, Security is a plus.
  • Other skills in communication, job management, and handle issues.
