Content Marketing Manager

Job Description

The day-to-day activities:

• Responsible for overall content strategy development, execution and alignment of processes and

decisions within solution, incubation and across organizations.

• Develop and implement structure of content. Set in place governance and workflow approaches to

ensure that content is flowing smoothly through its management and optimization.

• Manage the content, Analyst & advisor, market research and production house team while working

closely with regional team, service and product teams to create, review and revamp FPT service

offering, articles & thought leadership materials (case study, whitepaper, infographic…) in reference to

the latest FPT products and services portfolio. Be the custodian of the organization’s brand, voice and

standards ensuring consistency in implementation, and development across multiple channels

• Work closely with regional, services & product owners to support end-to-end content strategy and

successful implementation into the market, working with design, user research, management, and GTM

teams to translate business and technical terms into audience-friendly content.

• Generating fresh ideas and angles for content, according to industry best practices. Find innovative

ways to boost content adoption.

• Manage the quality of content to increase engagement and traffic to website

• Identify opportunities to implement self-serve, digitization and automations for the articles to deliver

the best possible resolution experience to the customer/reader.

• Propose and align tone and style in the FPT articles to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance to

FPT content guidelines as well as industry best practices, with the objective of creating and publishing

industry-standard content for FPT customers.

Job Qualification
• 10+ years’ experience in content & copywriting

• Proven leadership and management skills

• Experience of planning and managing content production on a large scale

• Relevant tertiary degree or qualification

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong grammatical understanding

• Excellent general knowledge

• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, error-free, engaging content to tight deadlines

• Ability to stay agile and motivated in a time-pressured working environment

• Excellent time management.
