Job Description

We are looking for a young dynamic person to join our Brand Communication team. Are you the one who is always willing to learn new things and dare to cope with challenges in a global fast-moving environment? You will be a key player in building our Brand team and contributing to the development of the business group.

A brand storyteller with a strategic mindset that aims to grow the brand’s presence, creating innovative ways to attract prospective candidates to the company’s career platform and distinguishing new images through advertising campaigns.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Market research and company branding
• Report on brand awareness and effectiveness of media campaigns
• Ability to analyze and research digital marketing indicators like social listening, SEO, SOV.
• Support creative ideas, plan and implement media campaigns
• Create and maintain the corporate relationship with IT communities, analyze the needs and create promotional partnership opportunities to maximize the employer brand image across the channels
• Proactively execute the communication campaigns that help increase the brand visibilities in a way that stays true to the employer brand claim.
• Always support the paper work related to the product: papers – procedures, certificates … working with related state agencies.
• Source and manage sponsorship opportunities to maximize the company’s image across the media space
• Support with the operations team on Event/Internal activities to promote the mission, objectives and business goals of the company

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3years of experience in Branding or similar roles
• IT industry background is a plus
• Proven experience in planning and campaign management
• Good communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker
• Excellent writing skills in both English & Vietnamese.
