Job Description

Expected Experience:
• Experienced in data collection and analysis
• Good understanding of UX and HCD approach
• An expert with Adobe Analytics
• Minimum 3 – 6+ years of experience in the respective field Duty and Output
• Identify where customers are facing issues from data analysis and present insights for improvements
• Lead the discussion for project KPIs, plan / execute data capturing, and make sure our client is obtaining right data

Outputs:
• Data capturing plans
• Data analysis report
• Recommendations for UX improvements based on data analysis
