Job Description

FPT Software HCM is looking for 02 Data Scientist/Data Engineer with at least 3 years’ experience.

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:
• Validate and translate business requirements into modelling context
• Design, develop and deploy analytics and Machine Learning solutions according to the requirements from client
• Propose a feasible development timeline for the ML solutions
• Develop, test and recalibrate analytics models/algorithms
• Data analysis, insights and recommendations
• Advanced analytics models/ algorithms
• Prepare business presentations to capture key findings and learnings
• Help ensure the projects are delivered on time with acceptable level of quality
• Support the implementation of the solution in production
• Test the solutions developed using automated testing frameworks available in the market
• Improvement of model accuracy and effectiveness

• Provide documentation of the technologies, software (including third party libraries, packages, etc.), tools, methodologies, and algorithm used along with a detailed description explaining the choices made
• Provide Data dictionary for every attribute used and considered for modelbuilding and a detailed documentation of the steps taken for feature engineering
• Provide the source code for data preparation, feature engineering, model building, model selection, model validation, model interpretation and model scoring, with comments and explanation for easy traceability and maintainability

Job Qualification

Basic Qualification:
• Experience in implementing ML models with proven results
• Ideally in Insurance or Banking
• Familiar with Python and its packages – Numpy, Pandas, Scikitlearn, TensorFlow, PyOD, or Keras
• Minimum 3 – 6+ years of experience in the respective field
