Job Description

Job Location: Dubai

Account Development:
• Follow new opportunities with sales team
• Develop customer relationship
• Support pre-sales process, and prepare project proposals
• Work with delivery team to build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoC).

Project Management:
• Manage onsite delivery team and support offshore/nearshore development team to deliver projects to clients.
• Responsible for process standards and apply them in existing and future projects
• Ensure the management and control of service level agreements
• Organize regular service review meetings with customers, and track improvement activities of key customers

HR Management:
• Resource planning
• Train PM and onsite members about project management, management of timesheet and overtime plan

Financial Management:
• Control expense and productivity of Project/Account to ensure it is in budget
• Revenue analyses and forecast
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Monitor receivables for projects qualifications

Job Qualification
• Proficient English communication (both verbal and non-verbal)
• At least 5-year experience in the IT industry and experiences in project management.
• In depth understanding of project management concepts (having PMP is an advantage)
• Have IT technical background
• Good presentation and demonstration skills
• Other requirements: problem-solving skills, networking skills, ethical behaviour
