Job Description

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the development, project leadership, quality, and timely delivery of DX projects. Resource allocation, vendor and client management, and cross-functional development will fall under your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis.
• Understand, analyze and define business requirements and technical needs together with business function representatives, participate in design, development and deployment of solutions for the business functions
• Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.
• Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.
• Communicate with business partners & IT leaders on an ongoing basis to review project requests, assess scope, facilitate prioritization, provide status updates, and plan, schedule and coordinate project tasks and deliverables.
• Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.
• Anticipate and identify issues that may affect project deliverables and initiate corrective actions or escalate to the right channel in timely manner
• Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team. Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition.
• Ensure projects are delivered complying delivery processes.

Job Qualification
• Proven multi-year experience managing large geographically distributed delivery teams
• Proven experience interacting with customer and C-level executives.
• Expert business and financial analysis skills, including established history of accountability and ownership for program and/or organizational profit and loss.
• Solid knowledge, advanced points of view and 5-7 years hands-on practical experience with project management principles, methods, and techniques in IT industry.
• Senior-level leadership skills and proven experience setting direction and managing highly accomplished program execution teams.
• Proven expertise managing details and balancing multiple projects and tasks.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, active listening.
• Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams. Handle Operational issues related to the delivery center.
• Japanese N1-N3 level preferred
