Delivery Manager (MS)

Job Description

• FPT Managed Service Delivery Leads are expected responsible for the delivery organization’s day to day activities, realizing the solution proposed to the client and meeting the service levels expected by client. On top of that, you are expected to drive improvements to the operation to further bring value of the operations to the client.

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience

Must Have:

• Experience in delivery in a world class or local major corporation holding a delivery lead position for projects/teams of larger than 50 members.
• Has strong technical capability in any field but preferably application development and maintenance. Has strong understanding of some industry and/or broad knowledge of multiple industries. Ability to speak with clients from multiple industries on IT topics and pain points from various industries.
• Ability to learn the client’s scope of work in detail to have in depth conversation regarding the technology and services provided.
• Strong understanding and practical experience of ITIL/Cobit methodology.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a large team.

Nice to Have:

• English communication skills , other language skills, multi-cultural experience
• Experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Agile development experience.
• Experience with automation, business process improvement (BPI),
