RESPONSIBILITES
• Architecture & Practice Development
• Design and architect scalable, secure, and cloud-native DevOps and AI in Operation solutions for enterprise clients
• Define best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, automated monitoring, and AI-driven operational workflows
• Develop reference architectures integrating DevOps toolchains with AI/ML/GenAI capabilities for intelligent observability and self-healing

Pre-sales & Technical Consulting
• Support solution architecture for proposals and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) focusing on AIOps and DevSecOps
• Collaborate with sales and solution teams to analyze client requirements and propose high-impact, cost-effective DevOps/AIOps architectures
• Present technical capabilities and strategic value of DevOps automation and AIOps solutions to executive stakeholders

Project Delivery & Implementation
• Lead DevOps and SRE teams in deploying CI/CD pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and infrastructure automation
• Oversee the integration of AI-based monitoring (anomaly detection, RCA, predictive alerting) into IT operations
• Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards, security, and compliance across environments (cloud/on-prem)

REQUIREMENTS
Core Knowledge

DevOps & Automation
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD), IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), configuration management, and GitOps practices

Cloud & Container Platforms
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)

AI Ops & Observability
• Hands-on experience with AIOps platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Moogsoft, Datadog) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Jaeger)

AI/ML for Operations
• Familiarity with using AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to support predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and RCA workflows

Security & Compliance
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices, compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR), and security automation in CI/CD pipelines

Experience
Architecture Leadership
• 10+ years in DevOps/IT engineering roles, 5+ years in architect-level responsibilities leading cloud-native and automation initiatives

End-to-End Solutioning
• Proven ability to architect and implement full-stack DevOps + AI in Operation ecosystems, from infrastructure to monitoring and remediation

Cross-Team Collaboration
• Experience leading cross-functional teams involving cloud engineers, SREs, AI/ML engineers, and enterprise architects

Mentorship
• Guided engineering teams on DevOps best practices, cloud adoption strategies, and AI in Operation maturity
