Job Description

The Global Digital Transformation (DXG) Centre of Excellence (CoE) Team is looking for a competence manager with a background in upskilling programmes in digital technologies. This role will work in partnership with the Corporate Training Centre (CTC) to assist the upskilling of internal staff across all FSoft.

The expected activities of this role:
• Design, implement and run upskilling programmes for different key digital profiles.
• Assess different learning solution providers and emerging eduTech technology
• Work with CoE Team Leads to design learner personas and build relevant upskilling paths
• Partner with department heads across FSoft to understand their mission and respective upskilling needs.
• Promote the DXG message and Upskilling programmes internally
• Onboard Learners.

Job Qualification
• Experience in running large upskilling initiatives for digital skills.
• Knowledge of the online learning platforms & eduTech market.
• Knowledge of digital skills & profiles (e.g. Data, Cloud, DevOps etc) and how they relate to one another.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Fluency in English
