Job Description
• Formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Develop solutions for sales opportunities
• Leading as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
• Working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, program requirements & processes
• Utilizing specialist knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product suite (including related applications and technologies)
• Formulation of bids and proposals
Job Qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role at a consumer brand or retailer
• Strong background in typical consulting skills: business analysis, change management, project management, etc.
• SQL and Database knowledge.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Knowledge on Loyalty Systems and Call Center solutions
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to design and manage complex integrations.
• Experience on Customer segment-focused campaign
• English speaking mandatory since we work mostly on Internationals deals
