Our vendor is Most Respected Public Semiconductor Company that create solutions for customers in diverse markets including the Internet of Things, (IoT), internet infrastructure, TV tuners, as well as automotive and consumer radios. Solutions are in products from the market leaders in home automation, electric vehicles, green technology, smart TVs and home voice control automation.Participate in the design, development and testing of our software platform as a member of the software team. Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:
- Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
- Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
- Set up components for welding according to specifications
- Operator angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
- Align components using calipers, rulers, clamp pieces, etc.
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions
- Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
- Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
Requirements/ Desired skills and experience
Basic Qualification:
- Embedded programming experience in C and/or assembly for either low-level software or vision/radar applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- 2+ years of experience in embedded software development
- Solid C Language skills
- Background in resource-constrained, real-time, embedded environments.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Nice to have:
- Signal processing knowledge
- Experience working with IoT project is plus, included wireless stacks (Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Thread, Bluetooth and Proprietary)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile development processes
- Embedded operating systems (RTOS and Linux Embedded)
- Proficiency with electronics bench test equipment, e.g. oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers.
- Experience with communication protocols: TCP/IP, Bluetooth, Ethernet, and/or WiFi
- Proficiency with revision control including: Git, Subversion, or equivalent
