Job Description

• The customer is a market leading company in silicon manufacturing industry, especially for automotive products. Working for this customer, you do have not only opportunity to work and learn the world leading technology in collaboration with world class technical experts but also chance to go onsite to EU/US frequently.
• The objective of this project is to deliver a reference integration platform for NXP platform. This would contain all software layers from low level drivers to application examples along with the tools to enable customers to evaluate the device for use as a Central Gateway or Domain Controller and as a platform for 3rd parties to add their own software offerings.

Job Qualification
Basic Qualification
• Embedded programming experience in C/C++
• Understanding of processor architecture concepts
• Comfortable working on Unix-like systems
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Basic OS knowledge, example: create thread, memory management, schedule tasks, etc.

Nice to have:
• Exposure to ARM architectures
• Exposure to Linux kernel drivers is a plus
• Debugging skills for embedded targets
• Experience with RTOS or Linux programming
• Automotive specific development processes (SPICE, ASIL)
• Continuous Integration (Jenkins). Docker and Groovy is a plus
• Linux networking tools (iproute2, netperf, iperf, etc) is a plus
• Exposure to Yocto build system is a plus
