Job Description

Location: HN, HCM

• As a member of the Global Employer Branding team, you will closely team up with colleagues in the Talent Acquisition organization to identify branding challenges and find effective and innovative ways to attract tech talents, as well as create content for storytelling and ensure digital channels internally and externally are competitive and enticing.
• You will set campaigns and initiatives to strengthen the overall awareness of FPT Software as a tech employer. You will share our FPT and FPT Software story – who we are, the journey we are on and which ambition we are building – in the best possible way.

Daily task includes but is not limited to:
• Plan, arrange and execute marketing campaigns and events from conception to implementation
• Work with a broad variety of channels with a range of internal and external strategic employer branding communication activities. The content will be related to employee experience, company culture, diversity, perks, and recruitment projects.
• Work with global employer branding team on digital- social- and traditional media initiatives, video and events.
• Build and promote employer brand and FPT Software in values to employees and candidates within tech.
• Evaluate and launch new and emerging recruitment channels, tools and marketing outreach strategies

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of Employer Branding and/or Talent Acquisition experience preferred
• Proficient in LinkedIn Talent Solution
• Ability to drive end-to-end Employer Branding activities
• Self-driven in a fast-paced recruiting and Employer Brand environment with the ability to take own initiatives
• Flexible mind-set
• Driving constant improvement with a creative way of working
• Ability to coach and guide the organization within the employer branding area.
