Job Description

Are you interested in a business focusing on SAP or any ERP customers migration to Cloud or upgrades and digitizing ERP services? Do you have the business savvy, technical background, and sales leadership skills necessary to help position FPT for SAP and S/4 HANA as a Dx leader? Our aim is to Triple the size of SAP business in 2 years.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be, driving SAP s/4 Hana upgrade or greenfield discussions with new customers, and responsibility for the overall sales cycle and GTM plan. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with these stakeholders, you will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption.

  • Responsible for the SAP and ERP sales motion in Europe, which includes identifying SAP opportunities, qualifying & building pipeline on cloud discussions
  • Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, marketing lead follow up, networking and partner relationships
  • Drive growth trajectory for SAP in region by proactively pushing and ensuring cross-selling and upselling other services
  • Responsibility for the overall sales cycle. growing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with key stakeholders
  • Support the planning and development of key accounts in coordination with sales team
  • Work with the Vertical, delivery and Practice to ensure to position FPT for end to end services as crafted and remain adapted to customer business
  • Work to improve our local brand regarding SAP as an innovative market leader

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience of successful sales experience in Information Technology. with proven track record of working on S4/HANA and Cloud transformations
  • Expertise in building new business relationship and explain business cases to senior stakeholders across business and IT
  • Proven track record of achieving quarterly & annual targets
  • Innovation oriented regarding Cloud and digital transformations
  • Strong personal networks in the enterprise space
  • Exposure to working in an international environment, with understanding of cultural sensitivities across multiple geographies.
  • Open to travel
