Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in analysis session with clients to determine application requirements for new CRM implementations
  • Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform a gap analysis between clients requirements using Microsoft Dynamic CRM
  • Extend capability of CRM through creation of new entities, forms, workflows and reports.
  • Determine third party applications to enhance and support the CRM system.
  • Implement these third party applications as required.
  • Design business process and data flows between Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications.
  • Design and write specifications for CRM customization and integrations to be coded by CRM developers
  • Perform CRM application testing of configurations and customizations.
  • Train client staff of CRM use.
  • Coordinate with client lead users and client engineering teams to test and implement new or modified program as needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Strong experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development is a plus
  • Maintains Microsoft Certifications relevance on related platforms and products are all plus.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Professional demeanor
  • Previous work experience with large/enterprise companies and comfortable talking with clients at all levels of within an organization
  • Able to manage small and medium size projects with advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Resource management skills
  • Understands industry standard project management methodologies
