Key Responsibilities
- Participate in analysis session with clients to determine application requirements for new CRM implementations
- Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform a gap analysis between clients requirements using Microsoft Dynamic CRM
- Extend capability of CRM through creation of new entities, forms, workflows and reports.
- Determine third party applications to enhance and support the CRM system.
- Implement these third party applications as required.
- Design business process and data flows between Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications.
- Design and write specifications for CRM customization and integrations to be coded by CRM developers
- Perform CRM application testing of configurations and customizations.
- Train client staff of CRM use.
- Coordinate with client lead users and client engineering teams to test and implement new or modified program as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Strong experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development is a plus
- Maintains Microsoft Certifications relevance on related platforms and products are all plus.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional demeanor
- Previous work experience with large/enterprise companies and comfortable talking with clients at all levels of within an organization
- Able to manage small and medium size projects with advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resource management skills
- Understands industry standard project management methodologies
