Full-Stack Team Leader – NO PROBATION

Job Description

As a Full-Stack Team Leader, your typical day might include the following:
• Analyze business & technical requirements.
• Propose a technical solution, design.
• Implement features concerning the design & coding best practices.
• Solve technical challenges.
• Support members on FE & BE & DevOps tasks
• Review code for members.
• Deploy / Support DevOps team to deploy applications.
• Assign and track tasks, measure progress and ensure quality
• Motivate and train team members on project-related technologies
• Follow Agile/Scrum throughout the development process.

The Job Might Be for You If You Have:
• Solid background in OOP, Object Oriented Design Principle, Design Pattern, CI/CD process, RESTful APIs development.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Kafka, PostgreSQL/MySQL, React/Angular.
• Microservice applications development experience.
• Azure cloud services & containerization – Docker, Kubernetes experience.
• Clean code mindset & good problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to quality and timeline of deliverables.
• Team leading experience.
• Ability to discuss with customers in English.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum development methodology.

IT Would Be Great If You Had The Following Experiences:
• Business Process Development – Jbpm & Rule-based Engine – Drools.
• Log Aggregation & Monitoring: ELK, Graphana, Prometheus.
• DevOps knowledge: Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, SonarQuBe.
• Micro frontend knowledge
• 3D model visualization
• ETL & Data lake related technology stacks: Minio, dremio, nifi, spark, Power BI.
