Job Description

Location : Hanoi or HCMC Office

• Develop and implement FPT Software’s marketing research vision to inform future marketing strategy
• Identify key insights on market trends, consumers’ needs and behaviors via surveys, marketing tests as well as driving the design and implementation of quantitative and qualitative studies
• Develop business-relevant conclusions from studies and effectively communicate them to executive level audiences.
• Take part in product marketing (determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications…) to help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base
• Support research stakeholders across teams and manage relationships with external research agencies.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing research/analytics/insights in a leading consultancy/research agency or large corporation
• Experience in consumer insights and design of advertising effectiveness research (online advertising, brand and sales lift) and expertise with a wide variety of research methodologies (surveys, experiments, panels).
• Strong business judgment and experienced in working with business teams to develop impactful insights
• Able to independently synthesize most business-relevant, scalable insights from a wide array of marketing data and analyses
• Strong proficiency in excel and experience in data visualization required
