Project Overview
• Project: Global Payroll System Implementation Project
Objective:
• Realization of a single global operation and system in the area of human resources
• Strengthen control from GHQ, comply with legal requirements in each country, and prevent compliance violations
• Global standardization of payroll data and processes
Scope of The Project:
• Wave1 BUs (US, KR)
Period:
• Phase0: Assessment/Due Diligence (2021/11-2021/12)
• Phase1: Global conceptualization and template definition (2022/01-2022/03)
• Phase2: US/KR Global Payroll System Implementation (2022/04-2023/03)

2. Tasks to be Supported
• Position: Global Deployment Team PMO
• Number: 1 person
• Period: 1 year from 2021/12/01 (subject to change depending on project status)
Role:
• Sub-lead the global payroll system deployment project based on SAP EC Pay
• Design the global payroll system with lead and prime partner with knowledge of global payroll business.
• Support the HR and IT departments in the target countries (US/KR) to promote the project from the standpoint of GHQ (the project is mainly local)
• Work location: (Roppongi and Ariake), remote is possible, travel to US/KR may be required
Skill Requirements
Must Requirements:
• SAP EC Pay knowledge, implementation and operation experience
• Knowledge of payroll operations
• Business level English conversation skills (TOEIC Score: 800+)
Nice to have:
• PM or PMO experience in large scale global IT projects
• Familiarity with general project management techniques such as PMBOK
• Ability to speak Japanese is a plus if you are introducing a native speaker
