•Take responsibility for creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them.

•Pitch design ideas and concept for marketing and communication campaign,

•Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines (in terms of design)

•Collaborate with other teams

•Manage team design of 3 members

•Design all designs for printing and online materials

Job Qualification

•Proven graphic designing experience

•A full and fluent knowledge of current design tools and software

•A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

•The ability to meet deadlines

•A background of working well as part of a design team

•The ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts

•Management skill

•Teamwork, communication skill
