Head of Global Marketing and Community

Job Description

Job Location: HN/HCM

• Craft strategies for the Marketing and Community team, including Branding, Community expansion, Digital, Communications, and Creative.
• Develop a strong and identifiable brand position and narrative around Aura Network through campaign execution, strategic direction, media planning, creative development, and market research.
• Coordinate with KOLs, Marketing, Community partners and agencies
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
• Market research and data analysis to drive strategic decision-making to develop deep community and market insights to define and drive experiments that optimize resources to achieve the highest impact.
• Enhance awareness in the blockchain market and effectively deliver on the marketing and community KPIs.
• Keep up with trends, lead performance marketing, and social media teams to execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media and community campaigns, content marketing, paid ads, and use metrics-driven measurements to deliver the best outcome, optimize for ROI and budget in each marketing channel.

Job Qualifcation
• At least 3 years of marketing or community experience
• Has driven user growth and engagement in companies, product or marketing functions.
• A love for NFT/Defi is a huge plus!
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, goal and performance-driven.
• Process-oriented thinking with strong problem-solving skills and a creative mind that loves to solve challenges.
• Self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
