Job Description
Take responsibility for proposing, developing & deployment the Tools/Technology solutions/platforms with the purpose of increasing productivity, operation efficiency and overall competitiveness for:
- BPO service
- Managed service (including IT systems management, cloud monitoring, infra server monitoring, system / application maintenance, operations, helpdesk, call center, etc.)
Job qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in IT industry.
- Excellent communication in English. Other foreign language (Japanese, Korean) is advantage
- Experience of working on tools/solutions to increase productivity, operation efficiency for BPO or Managed service.
- Catch up with new technology trends, ability to quickly learn technologies and tools to improve productivity prevailing around the world in the industry to propose solutions and build tools for DPS.
- Experience of working with large global customers or for Global companies specializing in managed services or BPO such as Digitexx, Trancosmos, IBM, Accenture etc … is an advantage.
- Experience of doing AI, RPA is an advantage.
