Job Description

• Analyze the incidents and required information– decision of remediation is required or not
• During remediation, get support from engineering team or clarification from Client Services.
• Ensuring Incidents are logged with reproducible steps and supplementary media
• Reducing response time for unblocking incidents
• Following up on Incidents stuck in certain states, tracking Incidents states and their path to resolution
• Streamlining Incident intake through triaging, reducing total number of Open Incidents for uniFI Products
• Collaboration & working with Client Services and Engineering teams
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 year working as a BA/QA/Dev/PM in software development project.
• Good business analytical, and auditing skills
• Must be patient, careful, and detailed at work
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Willingness to work at the weekend
• Proactive in communication
• Good English communication.
