Job Description

We are looking for Senior Infrastructure administrator responsible of supporting the infrastructure and the networks within the OT environment, including our virtualized environment (VMware) and Windows and Linux Systems.

Supporting our day-to-day system landscape within the OT environment to make sure that our Global Data Backbone is performing smoothly and without interruptions.
Proactively monitoring our system performance, including network connections and VPNs and react to incidents to minimize disruptions, including daily checks and scheduled jobs
Analysis and elimination of technical incidents via tickets and/or other method
Supporting the infrastructure including 1st and 2nd level support, network issues and modifications, and documentation.
Supporting the ongoing projects within the infrastructure (Virtual Machines, Operating Systems, Networks and VPNs and related)
Enabling good working relationship and knowledge exchange with other teams within the renewables business

Job Qualification

Certifications within Information Technology Area (Microsoft, VMware, Linux, and networking) with related experience or successfully completed a Degree in Information Technology
5+ years of experience supporting VMware environments with Wintel and LAMP Infrastructures
5+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting networks (VPNs, VLANs, DHCP, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN) with different brands of routers, firewalls, and switches.
Experience managing Active Directory and related products (GPOs, DNS, KMS, etc.)
Experience to coordinate, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
Ability to work within a team and experience working in an international working environment.
Ability to write PowerShell and Bash scripts is a plus.
Fluent English, German and any other languages is an advantage
